Terms archive
We keep every version of our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. This page lists the versions that were published on hiddeninformationlabs.io before the current ones, with the dates each was in force. The archived copies are exact copies of the pages as they were published, with a notice at the top saying they are no longer in force.
Current versions: Terms and Conditions (terms-2026-10-11) and Privacy Policy (privacy-2026-10-07). They apply to purchases and registrations made after they were published. A purchase made under an earlier version stays governed by the version you accepted at the time, except where the current version is more favorable to you (see Terms C2).

Before September 23, 2026 there was no separate Privacy Policy; how we handled personal information was described in the Terms and Conditions listed above.
Notes
- Dates and times are Eastern Time (ET). "In force" means the version published at hiddeninformationlabs.io/terms or /privacy during that period.
- Two Terms versions carry the date September 27, 2026: a first edition that was replaced the same morning after about 40 minutes, and the version that followed. Two versions carry the date August 22, 2026: the second added a pointer to the new Privacy Policy on September 23, 2026.
- We do not have a record of exactly when the August 22, 2026 Terms were first published; the earliest date we can confirm is September 8, 2026.
- terms-2026-10-08 changed only the 1:1 consulting rates, to USD $275 per hour for both Relational Architecture and Relational Wellbeing (the price table at the start of Part B, and B4). The rest of the text is the same as terms-2026-10-07.
- terms-2026-10-11 removed the webinar The Architecture of Control: Care or Control?, which was withdrawn before it took place: its row in the price table at the start of Part B, its mention in the list of contents, and its event details at the end of B3. The general terms for webinars, seminars, workshops and other live sessions in B3 and A8 did not change. The rest of the text is the same as terms-2026-10-08.
- Course enrollment terms were never published as a separate page on hiddeninformationlabs.io before the current Terms, so none are listed here.
